All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground from Austin, Texas on the requested ship date. A ship date is selected by the buyer during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to a ship date, contact customer service at email@example.com or at 512-577-6132. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AFO addresses.
Once an order is placed you can track your order online under Your Profile. When the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number.
